Prior to joining Baylor Genetics, Emily held leadership roles at Invitae, where she scaled operations to support rapid growth, led cross-functional teams through groundbreaking product launches, and implemented strategies that improved efficiency and outcomes. Her career is defined by her passion for using cutting-edge genomic technologies to improve healthcare access and patient care.
Emily earned her PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology with a Designated Emphasis in Computational Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
