Chris Sands is the Senior Vice President of Sales and General Manager of Diagnostic Genomics at Baylor Genetics, bringing 18 years of leadership experience in the diagnostics industry. Throughout his career, Chris has been dedicated to expanding global access to genetic testing, focusing on driving commercial growth strategies that enhance utilization and profitability. In his current role, he leads Sales and oversees the Diagnostic Genomics segment, working closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth in this vital area.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Bloomfield College and has held executive roles at GeneDx, Sema4, and Ambry Genetics prior to joining Baylor Genetics.
