Carrina Cappadona serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at Baylor Genetics and has over 20 years of experience supporting customers across a variety of industry, product, and service verticals from high tech to healthcare. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of customer operations including patient and clinician support, billing, and collection kit distribution.

Prior to joining Baylor Genetics, Carrina served as a customer success leader at a variety of high tech and software companies before more recently serving in executive roles in healthcare at Invitae and Freenome. Carrina is passionate about building high performing teams and systems which deliver best in class care to patients and the clinicians who serve them.

Carrina received her bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Spanish from Johns Hopkins University.
