Please allow up to 2 business days to receive a response via email.  If a prior authorization is required, Baylor Genetics will submit to the payer when the sample is received in the laboratory.  Additional information including patient medical history, family medical history or clinical notes may be required as well as a copy of the patient’s insurance card.  If you have any questions, please contact us.
