As an alternative to this discontinued test, we recommend ordering
- Test Code 32870 – Maple Syrup Urine Disease (MSUD) Panel by Massively Parallel Sequencing (BCM-NGSSM)
With this new test code, all four nuclear encoded genes involved in Maple Syrup Urine Disease (MSUD) are analyzed simultaneously by Massively Parallel Sequencing (MPS) technology with 100% coverage of all coding exons and adjacent intronic regions. The average read depth of the targeted regions is 700X.
