Test Discontinuation Memorandum

Effective immediately, Baylor Miraca Genetics Laboratories will discontinue the following test:

  • Test code 9610 – Cancer Exome Sequencing

The following test codes may be considered as alternative ordering options:

  • Test code 9705 – Cancer Gene Mutation Panel Version 2 (50 genes, solid-tumor focused)
  • Test code 9715 – Leukemia Mutation Panel (48 genes, hematologic-malignancy focused)
