Effective December 9, 2015, Baylor Miraca Genetics Laboratories (BMGL) will make the following modifications to its test menu:
- Test code 9126 (KRAS Mutation Analysis codons 12, 13, 61) will be replaced by test code 9128 (KRAS Mutation Analysis Codons 12, 13).
- Discontinuation of test code 9050 – MPD Panel (includes Identification of JAK2 V617F, JAK2 exon 12 and MPL Exon 10 mutations).
- Tests for myeloproliferative neoplasms are available individually:
- JAK2 V617F Mutation Analysis (test code 9010)
- JAK2 Exon 12 Mutation Analysis (test code 9015)
- MPL Exon 10 Mutation Analysis (test code 9020)
- CALR Exon 9 Mutation Analysis (test code 9016)
- Tests for myeloproliferative neoplasms are available individually:
