Test Discontinuation Memorandum

Effective December 17, 2015, Baylor Miraca Genetics Laboratories (BMGL) will make the following modifications to its test menu:

  • Test code 9506 (Chromosomal Microarray Analysis – 180K CGH/SNP Array for POC) will be replaced by test code 8639 (Chromosomal Microarray Analysis – Tissue)
