Test Discontinuation Memorandum

Effective April 13, 2015, Baylor Miraca Genetics Laboratories will discontinue the following tests:

  • Test Code: 6685 – TPMT Sequence Analysis
  • Test Code: 6870 – Cytochrome P450 2C19 (CYP2C19) Genotyping
  • Test code: 6875 – Cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) Genotyping
  • Test code: 6880 – Warfarin Sensitivity Genotyping
