Test Discontinuations Memorandum – Biochemical

In a continuing effort to optimize our offerings, the following changes will be made.

Effective May 29, 2017

The following test codes will be discontinued:

  • Aspartylglucosaminidase Enzyme Analysis (TC 4514)
  • Beta-Galactosidase Enzyme Analysis – Skin Fibroblast (TC 4548)
  • Beta-Galactosidase Enzyme Analysis – White Blood Cells (TC 4549)
  • Sialidase Enzyme Analysis (TC 4603)
