Test Updates Memorandum – Oncology

EFFECTIVE APRIL 16, 2018 THE FOLLOWING TEST UPDATE(S) WILL OCCUR:

• Due to the limited clinical utility of assessing the SBDS gene for hereditary leukemia and lymphoma, the Hereditary Leukemia/Lymphoma Panel (test code 22704) will no longer include this gene. However, single gene testing for SBDS (test code 5350) will remain available.
