In a continuing effort to provide you with the most straightforward and efficient test ordering process, we are consolidating many of our test codes for cancer genetic testing. Effective November 20, 2014, one test code will encompass all appropriate specimen types for each test.
The following tests can be ordered regardless of whether the specimen type is FFPE or fresh tissue (e.g., solid tumor, blood, bone marrow, etc.). Please refer to our website to determine which specific specimen types are appropriate for each test.

For institutional accounts, in cases where the specimen types were priced differently, we will honor the lower of the two prices. This change will not affect the CPT codes for insurance billing.
