Test Discontinuation Memorandum

Effective September 12, 2014, the Medical Genetics Laboratories at Baylor College of Medicine will discontinue Test Codes:

  • Test Code: 3788 – LDHA Deletion/Duplication Analysis
  • Test Code: 3789 – LDHA Comprehensive Sequence and Deletion/Duplication Analysis
